 Beyond economics, organizations seek other types of results, ones that can contribute to the common good and, more specifically, enable the people within them to flourish. The fostering of flourishment is not simply an add-on to our busy lives, but rather the basis of good living. Appreciating the value of the individuals who make up the organization is the optimal way to encourage the emergence of the best version of each one. People seek a meaningful work-life balance in order to thrive. The benefits of implementing this both in our own lives and in the community as a whole are truly surprising.
