On the occasion of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU, this moderated conversation will explore Europe’s role in confronting global challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic to migration and climate change. It will seek to examine transatlantic relations in the aftermath of a period of historic division, the growing competition and complex partnerships with global emerging powers, as well as the EU's broader role as a security actor.
