The conference will explore **inclusive education as an expression of the fundamental right to equality**. From a constitutional and fundamental rights perspective, it will examine the transition from integration to genuine inclusion, with particular attention to disability and non-discrimination. It will also address the role of public authorities in removing barriers to education and ensuring **substantive equality and full participation for all students**.
