The conference will cover through a series of panels and keynote speakers, among others, the following topics: the basic skill set that a FinTech/Blockchain lawyer or professional will need to be competitive in the job market and satisfy the needs of their clients; FinTech regulatory challenges and solutions including financial regulation, data protection, AML/CTF, sandboxes, and others; and (iii) international expansion and scalability of FinTech/blockchain solutions including any related legal challenges.

Our conference will highlight the legal issues surrounding the use of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and other financial technologies. The conference aims to teach and to connect law students to leaders, lawyers, regulators and other industry pioneers grappling with the legal treatment of these new innovations.

It’s true, much of blockchain marketing is hype! We hope to provide a transparent perspective into the industry that cuts through the hype with a dynamic series of keynote talks and presentations, panel discussions, dinners, debates, and networking sessions. Food and refreshments will be provided.
